Protecting the ISS

The most important goal of the next few years in space science must be protecting the International Space Station. Robotic devices must be allowed to be tested to remove orbital debris.

Small Business grants must be given to innovate space science. Our entire culture is based on space science. Reward removal of orbital debris to protect existing systems. It is cheaper to remove orbital debris than it is to replace GPS or communication satellites.
