There are people who are angry about the research involved in HAARP. They do not know how important this research will be in providing defensive strategies against natural events. I also think members of HAARP need to discuss how these projects will protect humans against gigantic natural electromagnetic events.
The importance is in defending humanity by dissipating electrical energy from space.

Anything to complex to describe in a sentence or two is usually thought to be some collaboration with the devil. Maybe without a simple explanation people feel belittle by the expansion of complex formulas. Thus the need to simply and a cartoon goes a long way. As long as my ears don't ring forever driving me out of my mind I'm ok with HAARP.
